1. 7-Day Return Window
Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible, the device must be in the same condition as delivered, without any new physical damage.
All original accessories, packaging, and the invoice must be included.
2. Valid Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:

- An incorrect product was delivered
- The product does not match the description provided
3. Non-Eligible Return Conditions
Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Physical damage caused after delivery
- Water or liquid damage
- Minor scratches or cosmetic wear that existed at the time of purchase
- Devices that have been tampered with, repaired, or modified by unauthorized individuals
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

6. Pickup & Charges
- Free pickup and return service is available within the 7-day return period
- After 7 days, standard pickup or delivery charges may apply as per policy
