At ReboXed.Ae, we provide a 6-Month Warranty on all refurbished and renewed laptops, ensuring reliability and complete peace of mind with every purchase.

1. Warranty Coverage

The ReboXed.Ae 6-Month Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

If your laptop develops any internal fault due to a manufacturing issue, ReboXed.Ae will repair or replace the device at no additional cost.

2. What Is Not Covered

The following are not included under the ReboXed.Ae 6-Month Warranty:

  • Water or liquid damage
  • Physical or cosmetic wear and tear
  • Accidental or intentional damage
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair attempts
  • Device modification, unauthorized software changes, or any form of tampering

3. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim with ReboXed.Ae, please follow these steps:

  • Contact ReboXed.Ae support via official email or WhatsApp with proof of purchase
  • Submit the laptop for technical inspection
  • Our technicians will assess whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect
  • If approved, the laptop will be repaired or replaced at no additional service cost
  • Pickup and drop charges will apply for claims made after the first 7 days, as per policy
  • If the issue is not covered under warranty, a paid repair option may be offered (subject to parts availability)

4. Additional Terms & Conditions

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable
  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required for all claims
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections (such as scratches or marks) present at purchase are not covered
  • ReboXed.Ae is not responsible for any data loss; customers are advised to back up their data before submitting the laptop
  • The warranty will be void if unauthorized repairs, hardware replacements, or software modifications are detected
  • Replacement laptops (if provided) will be the same model or of equivalent value, depending on availability
